In February 2019, the Union of Consumers made its regular observance at Dan Dessert’s workshop. During the observance production processes were presented to the visitors, the mechanisms for the reservation of the conditions of sanitary and hygienic norms were examined, as well as storages and refrigerators. The respective specialist examined the quality features of the raw materials used in production and the validity of finished goods’ labeling. During the observance, the specialists paid attention to air conditioning system, washing processes, the regularity of the usage of sterilizers and the conditions of food storage. After summing up the results of the observance, our company received a positive feedback and high marks.
